Lobster, mango and roast red pepper salad with crème fraiche, Thousand Island dressing and minted new potatoes

Garlic studded roast sirloin of beef with parsley crusted sauté potatoes, buttered spinach and a Bordelaise sauce

Stuffed peppers with saffron and courgette risotto with grilled artichokes, basil and parmesan cream

Whole roasted corn fed chicken to share with stuffed tomatoes, French beans, string fries, watercress salad and truffle hollandaise
